CTT was founded to address the common themes that emerged from our team's decades of experience working with clients from various backgrounds and experiences. Despite their unique challenges, a common message emerged: "I am not good enough. I should be doing something else or being someone else." If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone and that compassion and growth are innate qualities within you.
Our mission is to walk alongside you as you trust yourself to understand your emotions and values and take the next steps toward empowerment. Our therapists use a variety of modalities tailored to your unique needs, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
